Do not be stealing from your employers. Whether they pay you what you consider to be a fair wage or not, you are in an agreed to relationship. You have agreed to exchange your time for their pay. You have no right to decide that what belongs to them somehow is owed to you.
Your behavior as an employee reflects on God, whose son’s name you claim as a Christian and His message. If you spout ‘thou shalt not steal’ yet show up late and leave early, your words are inconsistent with your actions.
