Notes: 1 Timothy 3:4
He must be one who manages his own household well, keeping his children under control with all dignity (1 Timothy 3:4)
Few things reflect so great on a pastor as his family. Those in the church are as guilty as those outside for watching a pastor’s children, expecting them to fail. A pastor must take the extra effort to manage his own household well.
