Whether we like it or not, God ordained a specific order of roles for the genders. 
Within the confines of that order:
women are not to teach men
This would disallow women as preachers and teachers [...]

Notes: 1 Timothy 2:11

A woman must quietly receive instruction with entire submissiveness. (1 Timothy 2:11)

Women are to be learners in worship.  To be an effective learner, one must exercise discipline, including the ability to listen quietly, overcoming the natural desire to "contribute to the conversation" when it is not ones place.

Notes: 1 Timothy 2:10

But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. (1 Timothy 2:10)

But; in contrast to dressing to be seen and recognized individually, women who profess to be Christians should have the profession confirmed based upon their works, or the fruit in their lives.

In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; (1 Timothy 2:9)

One would say that Paul has not addressed anything similar for the men.  But he has.  He has explained the duties of men in worship.
